Yes, we do charge a Bond. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including (but not limited to) any breakages, damage or excess cleaning requirements, rubbish removal, extra guests staying.

We endeavour to provide a consistently high standard of cleanliness and as a result it is necessary to charge an additional fee. If extra time is needed due to either property requiring more than a usual amount of time allocated to clean – then payment for this may be deducted from your Bond.

The properties should be left in a similar state to their condition on your arrival.
At Johnson Lodge, used crockery, cutlery etc to be placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher turned on before departure.
At Winemakers Hut, used crockery, cutlery and glasses to be placed in the grey box provided so that we can put items through the dishwasher.
Please clean the BBQ, Refrigerator and freezer. Please place all rubbish in the Black Bins provided.

Johnson Lodge:
Milk, Bread, Tea & Coffee beans (for Coffee Machine), Sugar sticks, Butter, Orange Juice, Muesli, variety of Jams, Biscuits, Olive Oil.

There is a Firepit outside at Johnson Lodge – there are some parameters relating to CFS requirements in the Mt Lofty Ranges Bushfire protection area, we have the guidelines in our information folder at Johnson Lodge.
Winemakers Hut has a Slow Combustion Heater outside in the undercover seating area – great for a cool summer evening!
