Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens on 97 hectares and beautiful every season. Magnolias, rhododendrons and camellias in spring and spectacular autumn colours. Don't miss Fern Gully which has an impressive selection of cool climate plants. Multiple paths with some elevation and surprises at every corner, including lakes and different vegetation. Pack a picnic, put on some walking shoes and enjoy!

Our accommodation is close to Hahndorf - one of Australia’s oldest surviving German settlements. Today the tree-lined main street includes numerous artisans, restaurants, cafes & pubs, wineries & distilleries. Allow a day to visit this unique township.
